Terms & Conditions

1. Every invoice must be paid by the due date (4 days). If it will be late you have to communicate with us beforehand.

2. All of our cleaning services have a 12 hour warranty (If you were present at the time of clean or a third party before we leave, we no longer hold any liability or responsibility for the service completed. No valid claims can be made and there will be a cost of return).

3. Same day cancellation (24 hours) has a fee of $110.

​

4. On larger jobs we will require a 50% deposit.

Specific service T & C's

Window Cleaning

1. We clean windows to our highest expectations, however we can't always remove things like hard water stains, concrete splatter etc.

​​

2. Our window cleaning process is mainly focused on the glass and sills. We give the frames a light wipe, not a deep clean unless required.

​

3. A standard window clean will include mopping and squeegeeing windows, wiping frames and sills. In some cases we will use a pure waterfed pole. During that process most light and fresh hard water stains will come off.

A deep clean is not our standard clean and has to be notified to us and will come with a higher cost. Such as acid wash on glass, deep clean of frames, sills etc.

4. Cleaning of fly screens and tracks is not our standard clean and will have to be notified to us and will come with a higher cost. However if fly screens are covered in cobwebs etc we will quickly wipe that off before putting them back in.

Pressure cleaning & house washing

1. We can't clean what is beneath the surface. 

​​

2. Certain stains will never be 100% removed such as oil, calcium, red dirt and clay. 

​​

3. A house wash is a wash, not a scrub. Meaning we will only clean what our soft washing process removes.

​​

4. If the paint on your house is old and in a bad state, we are not reliable for minimal paint chipping off.

​

5. We can't pressure clean concrete with high pressure if it's under 5 years old, but we can soft wash it with surfactant and a heavy flow rinse.

Gutter cleaning:

1. We clean gutters to remove debris so they can do their job, NOT to make them look like new again.

​

2. If any downpipes are clogged underneath the surface it is not our responsibility to remove that debris.

Solar panel cleaning:

1. We will not clean solar panels that are cracked and we will let you know before we start.
